Vedalekha Professionals (VLP) specializes in providing accounting and taxation services to Tax Agents across Australia through outsourcing. Based in Melbourne, we have our own accounting service team in India with over 100 staff members, operating successfully for the past ten years. We provide high-quality service and support to more than 50 tax agents across Australia.Our services include bookkeeping, payroll, preparation of IAS/BAS, year-end financials and tax returns, FBT returns, SMSF accounting, and SMSF audit assistance. We have extensive experience with various accounting, taxation, and audit software.
The main highlights of our service are:
- Excellent Quality of Service - Work done by our accountants is reviewed by managers with over four years of experience in Australian accounting and taxation, ensuring excellent quality.
- Our Recruitment - We recruit Indian Chartered Accountants, semi-qualified accountants, master’s graduates, and experienced accountants.
- Staff Training - We conduct bi-monthly training sessions, where each staff member presents for 1 to 1.5 hours on Australian accounting and taxation concepts and recent changes. We also attend webinars by ATO, Knowledgeshop, NTAA, and others.
- Handling Complicated Issues—We have experienced managers for each team, and when the junior staff is facing any difficulty in handling complex taxation issues, their managers will support them well, or, if required, senior managers with more than 10+ years of experience will help them. We have managed deceased estate tax returns, GST audits, and income tax audits from the ATO. We have applied for and received private rulings for clients. In SMSF, we identify breaches and assist auditors in reporting ACRs and qualifications in audit reports
- Sufficient Capacity - We have a team of 100+ staff and have enough potential to grow the team and take up the additional work.

- Vinayak Hegde is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the founder and director of Vedalekha Professionals Pty Ltd (VLP).
- Earlier he was the founder and director of Haricare Services Private Limited, a company providing accounting and taxation services to Australian clients since 2013.
- Vinayak has over 10 years of extensive experience in providing accounting and taxation services to various businesses across a range of industries.
- Vinayak is pragmatic in his approach and takes a genuine interest in his client’s businesses, working closely with them to help them to become tax compliant and continually looking for opportunities to add genuine value to the business.
